STAFF ACCOUNTANT We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in financial reporting and tax preparation while maintaining strong attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare year end financial information for clients
  • Prepare corporate and personal tax returns
  • Communicate with clients to obtain and clarify financial information
  • Various other accounting related tasks
Qualifications
  • Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience or education required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
PART TIME ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of client service, administrative tasks, and working in a professional office environment.
This position could expand to include some personal tax preparation and/or bookkeeping based on the candidate's preferences and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with assembling tax returns, financial statements, and client packages
  • Support the team with general office duties
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Qualifications
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
